Deposits
All bookings require a non-refundable deposit.
Deposits secure your appointment and will be deducted from the final balance.
Cancellations & Payments
London Clinic: Due to the cost of travel, accommodation, and room hire, any cancellations made within 7 days of your appointment will forfeit your deposit.
Cheshire Clinic: Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will forfeit your deposit.
If you cancel before these timeframes, your deposit will still be retained but no further payment will be due.

Refunds

All payments are non-refundable once a treatment has been carried out.

Credit (including gift vouchers) must be used within six months.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling is possible with sufficient notice (before the 48-hour/7-day cancellation period)
You may reschedule free of charge up to three times. After that, the appointment will be automatically cancelled and a new deposit will be required.
No-Shows
Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in a full charge and no further bookings will be accepted.
Late Arrivals
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and the treatment will still be charged in full.
Health & Wellness
Please arrive in good health. If you attend with signs of illness or a contagious condition, I reserve the right to refuse treatment and your appointment will be charged in full.
Health conditions discovered after booking do not exempt you from these policies, though deposits may be converted to credit if treatment is unsuitable. Account credit and gift vouchers expire after 6 months.

Clinic Policy
For insurance and safety reasons, children (anyone under 18) are not permitted in the clinic.
If you arrive with a child, your appointment will be rescheduled and your deposit forfeited. A new deposit will be required to rebook.

We collect personal details you provide (such as name, email, and contact information) to manage bookings, process payments, and communicate with you. Your data is stored securely via our booking platform provider and will never be shared without your consent, except as required by law.
