A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.

- The deposit will be deducted from the final price of your treatment.

- Deposits will be forfeited if appointments are cancelled within 48 hours. A new deposit will be required to reschedule.

- For appointment changes, please provide ample notice to transfer your deposit to a new date. Deposits are non-transferable with less than 48 hours' notice.

- Appointment slots are reserved specifically for you. If you cannot attend, contact us promptly. We will accommodate your request within our policy time frame.

- Arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a new deposit will be required. Each appointment has a designated time frame, and delays affect other clients.

- For safety and insurance reasons, children are not permitted in the clinic. If you arrive to your appointment with anyone under 18, you will need to reschedule and provide a new deposit.

- If you are feeling unwell, notify your technician. If within the policy timeframe, a new deposit will be required to reschedule. Do not attend your appointment if you are unwell, as it may expose your technician to germs, which could be passed on to other clients. If you do arrive to your appointment unwell you will need to reschedule and a new deposit will be required. 

- Providing incorrect booking or payment details will result in removal from the system, and future bookings will not be permitted.

- We reserve the right to deny treatment if we believe you will not be satisfied with the outcome. Concerns raised by you or on your behalf will be taken seriously. Significant concerns may lead to the procedure being cancelled. 

- Treatments at Liz Clough Cosmetic Clinic are not mandatory. You have chosen to undergo a cosmetic procedure. Your technician is not obligated to proceed if they have valid concerns about your satisfaction or well-being.

- Your technician may cancel appointments if any concerns arise. They are not legally obligated to complete the treatment. 

- Failure to show up for your appointment or notify Liz Clough Cosmetic Clinic of a cancellation will result in the loss of your deposit. You will be removed from the system and unable to book future treatments at Liz Clough Cosmetic Clinic.

- You may reschedule your appointment up to 3 times. After this, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to reschedule. 

- Deposits can be kept valid on file for 12 months. After this time frame, if you would like to make a new booking, a new deposit will be required. 

 

Privacy Policy

We receive, collect, and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile.
